If a nuceotide state is not specified, variation at the site(s) will be returned.

The genetic region is identified for each site and if it is within a protein coding region, the codon number and codon position are reported. Additionally, if the site contains variation, amino acid states of the Anderson sequence and the variant sequence are shown. From the search results, it is possible to check which sequences carry a particular variant and to download them.
